Our recurring subscriptions — Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly — are free to cancel. You can cancel from inside your account at any time without contacting support and without penalty. When you cancel, your subscription does not immediately end; instead, it remains active for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, and renewal is stopped going forward.
Our Pro Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-recurring payment. There is nothing to cancel — your access remains active for the lifetime of the product, and no further charges will ever occur.
It is your responsibility to manage your account, including keeping your billing information up to date and cancelling a Monthly or Annual plan before a renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged. Once a purchase has been made, a refund is not possible. Refunds will be given only if a duplicate payment is made.
MaximusAlgo is a digital product delivered instantly upon successful payment. As soon as your subscription is activated, you receive access to our proprietary TradingView indicators, premium community, and supporting materials. Because these assets cannot be returned or “undelivered” once distributed, we operate a no-refund policy on all completed sales.
This applies to:
Monthly subscription payments — including the very first month of service.
Annual subscription payments — including renewals.
One-time Lifetime purchases.
Add-on purchases or upgrades made within an existing subscription.
Promotional or discounted purchases (sale codes do not change refund eligibility).
By completing checkout you confirm that you understand MaximusAlgo is a final-sale digital product and that you are not entitled to a refund for a change of mind, unused subscription time, lack of usage, or any reason other than a duplicate payment.
The only condition under which we will issue a refund is when a customer is charged twice for the same product on the same account due to a payment processor error or accidental double click during checkout. In this case, we will refund the duplicated charge in full and leave a single, valid subscription in place.
How to request a duplicate-payment refund:
Email us at support@maximusalgo.com using the same email address you used to purchase.
Attach proof of both transactions — bank/card statements or payment receipts showing the duplicate charge.
Include your details: the date of purchase and the plan name.
Wait for confirmation. Our team will verify the duplicate charge and refund it within 5–10 business days.
Duplicate-payment refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible due to processor reconciliation windows.
Cancellation works the same across every plan: log into your account, open the billing or subscription page, and choose “Cancel Subscription”. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Below is a breakdown of how each plan handles cancellation.

One-time purchase
Lifetime is a single non-recurring payment. Nothing to cancel — your access remains active for the lifetime of the product.
If a renewal payment fails (for example because of an expired card or insufficient funds), your subscription will automatically pause and you will lose access to the indicators and community roles until the payment is resolved. We will attempt to retry the charge a small number of times before fully cancelling the subscription. Updating your payment method from inside your account will resume access immediately.
⚠ Chargeback Warning: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms and may result in the immediate, permanent termination of your account and removal from our community. We strongly encourage anyone with a billing question to contact support@maximusalgo.com first — we resolve almost all billing issues within one business day.
MaximusAlgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for behavior that violates our Terms of Service or community guidelines. Examples include — but are not limited to — sharing access credentials with non-paying users, attempting to copy or reverse-engineer our indicators, abusing staff or community members, or fraudulent payment activity.
Accounts terminated for cause are not eligible for any refund, including duplicate-payment refunds for charges that occurred prior to termination. Customers who believe their account was terminated in error may contact support to request a review.
From time to time MaximusAlgo offers promotional pricing, seasonal sale codes, or limited-time discounts. Promotional purchases follow the same refund policy as standard purchases — all sales are final and only duplicate payments are eligible for a refund.
Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order. If you complete a purchase and a sale code is released afterward, we are unable to backdate the discount or refund the difference. Customers who wait to take advantage of an upcoming promotion are responsible for timing their own purchase.
MaximusAlgo does not currently offer paid free trials. We do offer a public demo of our indicator system on our website and a free preview channel inside our community. We encourage prospective members to fully evaluate our product through these free channels before purchasing — once you complete a paid purchase, the no-refund policy applies.

Approved duplicate-payment refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. We cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method other than the one used for the original transaction.
If your refund has not appeared within the expected window, please contact your card issuer or payment provider first — most delays are caused by bank-side processing. If still missing, email us and we will provide a refund confirmation receipt.
MaximusAlgo reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page and will become effective the moment it is posted to our website.
Material changes — such as alterations to refund eligibility or cancellation rules — will not be applied retroactively to purchases made before the change was posted. Refund eligibility is always determined by the policy in effect on the date of your original purchase.
